SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All of our products are made to order. Due to that personal touch there is a 1-3 business day processing time for each order. Once your items have been completed they are lovingly packaged and shipped out via US Postal Service. Orders weighing under 16 ounces are shipped USPS First Class mail with tracking information. All orders weighing over 16 ounces are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and can accept USPS packages.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment date and can be made once you have contacted the shop and received an RA number. Unauthorized returns will be given store credit minus a 10% restocking fee only. Shipping cost will be deducted from total amount to be refunded.

Exchanges are always welcome within the 30 day return/exchange period. Please contact the shop to make sure the item you are wanting to exchange is still available. Return shipping is at buyers expense but replacement will be shipped out free of charge.
